So I bought this crazy asymmetrical batwing cape thingamajig from Babooshka Boutique on Etsy, and I'm not gonna lie, I'm slightly disappointed. The v-neck is massive and it feels like I'm wearing a really wide crop top (ewww. As much as I like the whole "overdramatic draped look" on other people, this piece is sort of steering me away from experimenting further with that look on myself. Perhaps I can convince myself that it's an inexpensive version of Comme des Garcons?
At least I have this H&M star print dress I got for free at a swap meet and my super cheap clearance rack Aldo heels to cheer me up!
