Now I know what you're thinking — Jessica Alba. But hear me out. When Spy Kids first came out, I was at the perfect age to enjoy it. The special effects were horrible (and from the looks of this trailer haven't gotten much better) and the storyline was cheesy, but there were some funny (well, funny to an 11 year old) jokes and Antonio Banderas. Now...there's Jessica Alba and Joel McHale. Alexa Vega will be back in her biggest role since the last Spy Kids and so will her character's brother played by Daryl Sabara, who looks ridiculous in this trailer.
So, yes, I will probably see it. But no, it probably won't be good. It's set to come out August 19th.
