Say it isn't so! According to Entertainment Weekly, Will Smith has turned down the title role of Django in Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained. Now Jamie Foxx is being considered to play the freed slave. I like Foxx as an actor, but I think he does a better job at playing a villain than a hero. Smith has more of an innocence to him that I think would have worked really well in the part.Oh well, I still have Christoph Waltz and potentially Leonardo DiCaprio. Sir Tarantino I trust you with these decisions. I hope you won't disappoint...you haven't thus far. The film is set to come out Christmas 2012. What do you think of Foxx playing this role?
